We are an ardent group of Engineers and Architects, who have a wide range of experience and expertise on working in construction and architectural projects of various scales as part of various other firms.

Why choose us.
The cost benefits of value engineering in construction can vary significantly depending on the project size, complexity, and specific circumstances. Cost savings may range from 5% to 15% of the total project budget.
In some cases, particularly with larger or more intricate projects, savings of up to 20% or more have been achieved. These savings stem from the meticulous analysis and optimization of various project elements, such as materials, labour, scheduling, and logistical considerations, ultimately leading to more efficient and cost-effective project execution.
The primary aspects that sets us apart is:
1. We don't do SqFt rates!
SqFt Rates are always inaccurate and vague. The variations in the category of the project and the cost is undistinguishable from each other. This lack of clarity primarily causes underbudgeting and over pricing for projects.
Also most prices are specified for basic standards of materials irrespective of the project category. Any change in the standards / requirements of the client shall alter the rates drasticaly.
We keep it as a practice to measure each and every aspect of work in terms of quantity and quality and quote the most accurate and economic rates.

2. We work for a fee. Not a margin.
Our fees are fixed and agreed upon upfront, providing clarity about the cost of services. This transparency helps clients understand exactly what they're paying for without any hidden charges or surprises.
We work on a fee basis because, they costs are less likely to be influenced by potential conflicts of interest that may arise when working on a margin. This ensures that the advice or service provided is solely focused on the client's best interests rather than maximizing profit margins.
Working for a fee ensures that major part of the project budget is invested within the project and not as profits / margins.
3. Higher risk mitigation.
Estimating, scheduling, and budgeting a construction project before execution offer numerous benefits.
